I think it's an issue of psychology; we feel a need to know how well, or how poorly we have done on a given task--maybe that's why it feels like we're not getting enough feedback.
I agree, scoring is probably a good idea. If you click the "Gear" icon it will give you a # correct & # wrong stats, but maybe making this more prominent would be good.
Also, the intended use is that you click "Wrong" any time you don't immediately know a word you see. That means the first time you run through a card set, you should keep seeing a word until you get it right...may 5 or 10 or 15 times, and then finish only when you mark every card "Correct" 3x.
On #3 it seems I finish sets and earn a star before I feel I know the cards.
You should never finish a set unless you pretty much know all the cards, unless you're hitting the "Correct" button when you don't actually recall the cards (?). As long as you hit "Wrong," it will keep that card in rotation until you learn it fully.
